Jeffery was professional, kind and efficient as he helped my dad to his appointment. It was a very snowy day, and he navigated the weather with ease. Allegiance quickly answers their phone and can give updates about driver location and time of arrival. We called them after dad’s doctor’s appointment because we finished early, and the car was already waiting for us downstairs. I highly recommend Allegiance.

I would recommend the service to anybody and I would have posted this sooner if I could have figured out how to do it. But as I say better late than never they are a five star company for a reason and they showed me why. Well I guess I'm just going to have to go this route as long as I spent an hour and 30 minutes trying to figure out how to do a new one for the day which happens to be 28. Once again they proved to be the best I could take. Today I bet Victoria and Derek only to be met with the same wonderful service I got yesterday, oops I mean on Tuesday. When you get old you get CRS which everyone knows as you know what. They are the most fantastic fantastic fantastic place you could ever take to get you to safely and get you back safely from where you go. As I said I'm meeting new people all the time which I'm sure are going to be very familiar faces I can't praise the service enough. Hopefully I'll be able to figure out how to get on it and not spend an hour and 40 5 minutes doing it but that just shows you how good they are that I take that much time to find out thank you for your service once again.

The vans are clean and in excellent condition. The customer service is first rate. From the owner to the drivers to their customer service, they treat people like family!

We have used Allegiance multiple times for medical appointments for a person who uses a wheelchair. They’re on time and courteous and professional. Definitely recommend their services.

Staff took care to drive as smooth as they could to minimize bumps when they knew someone had extreme back pain.
